Birthday on Baker

Had a great start to the new year on Mt. Baker! After receiving lovely well wishes from friends and family, Chad and I had a downhill ski lesson and spent the day on the slopes! Looking back I can't believe I was ever anxious about this trip, it was nothing but playful fun!
Other exciting updates....ha! There aren't any, unless you count reading The Wall Street Journal's Lifetime Guide to Money in my spare time. My brother lent me this book a few years ago. I read one chapter back then and cringed. However, it's coming in handy now and I'm finding that it's pretty well written. (Thanks for being patient and not asking for it back, John!)
